Restorations

Despite your best effort, sometimes you may need a restoration to repair and protect your teeth from further damage. X-rays are recommended every two years so that we can detect decay as early as possible.

In this simple procedure our dentists remove the decayed tooth material, clean the affected area, and then fill the cleaned cavity with a filling material. By closing off spaces where bacteria can enter, a filling helps prevent further decay.

Our restorations are typically a tooth-coloured composite resin, made of a plastic material mixed with small glass particles. They are suitable for repairing both the front and back teeth as they are strong and durable, and natural in appearance.
